We so often think that we are protecting ourselves from getting hurt, but in reality, we are preventing ourselves from feeling all the joy and love that God intended for us to know. We can't have one without the other. I know the late night thoughts. I have had plenty with Aimee's struggle with cancer, but instead of driving us apart, it has brought just a tenderness between us that I wonder if it can get any better. Who knows. But I sure enough aim to find out. Keep that soft heart before God, and He will help you be the Father image to your son that He wants you to be! Amen Anthony!
